How do I pay for a subscription for the website?

You will need to select “Subscribe” from the home page. You will then enter all of your information. Once the order is complete, you will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly from our team. Your credit card will be charged automatically.

What type of payments do you accept?

You can subscribe to by using a credit or debit card with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express logo. The payment will be charged in US dollars under “ACM Education Services, LLC.” After a successful payment, your subscription will be available for activation via your account on our website or available complementary mobile applications.

Do I get a refund if I decide not to use the website?

No, once you’ve paid for a one-year subscription you are no longer eligible for a refund.

Will my subscription automatically renew annually if I forget to cancel the subscription?

We will send you a reminder email when you have 1 week left of the subscription before automatically renewing it, which would give you the opportunity to cancel your subscription at that time.

Can a group of us sign up and use the subscription together?

This would be considered a violation of our rules and regulations. We would use all legal means necessary to recompense for use of our website by several people on one subscription.

Would I be able to lock in the annual rate forever instead of paying any change in rate in the future?

No, our rate at this time is a special introductory offer and the subscription fees may change at any time.

Do you offer a shorter duration or custom packages?

No, we are only offering 1-year subscriptions at this time.

I forgot my username/password. How can I retrieve it?

Please enter your information on the “Forgot username or password” link and you will receive an e-mail with information on resetting. Please note that you must specify your registered email address in the Forgot Password? retrieval dialog box as we do not send these instructions to alternate email addresses. Some mail servers may flag the automatic password retrieval message as spam. We recommend that you check your spam/junk mail folder as well.

Can I save my subscription content to my hard disk or print the material?

Printing, saving, copying, screen capture, etc. of ACM materials is strictly prohibited. Attempts to use system commands or third-party utilities to capture/print/save/copy our content is considered copyright infringement and breach of Terms and Conditions. We monitor all user activity diligently, and repeated attempts to circumvent this may lead to account suspension, termination without refund, and/or legal action. All of our subscriptions are available for online use only. Any print copies or offline copies of ACM products are unauthorized reproductions and are considered illegal.
